Unused products sold and shipped by Best Ski Boot Bags, LLC may be returned within (30) calendar days from date of receipt, provided all products are returned undamaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all hang tags attached, documentation and accessories.
Prior to returning any products, contact email@example.com to request a return materials authorization (RMA) and product return procedures. Please have ready your order number, date of purchase, amount of purchase, name of purchaser, billing address, shipping address, payment method, contact telephone number and contact email address.
All returned products must be accompanied by their RMA number.
You shall be responsible for return shipping charges. Best Ski Boot Bags will process your request when the products are received.
If you have requested a replacement item on a product returned in accordance with the Best Ski Boot Bags Return Policy, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed.
Best Ski Boot Bags reserves the right not to accept the return of any product returned without an RMA, not in accordance with product return procedures or which is otherwise ineligible for return.

For products returned in accordance with the Best Ski Boot Bags Return Policy without a replacement request, we will issue a credit less any adjustments already processed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Best Ski Boot Bags reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not issue any credit or withhold any or all amounts relating to products which are not returned fully in accordance with the Best Ski Boot Bags Return Policy.
Orders begin to process immediately upon being placed. You may attempt to cancel an order during the processing stage. Once an order moves to the shipping stage it may not be canceled.
Please note that when you place a credit card order your financial institution places a hold on your account in the amount of the order, which temporarily decreases your available funds. For orders which are canceled and the product does not ship, we will not charge your credit card and the hold will expire according to the timeframe set by your financial institution.
